So I work a relatively active job. To put it simply I work in a factory and swing a hammer most days. I have to wear a full face respirator helmet and I live in the South (United States) where its very hot right now and I sweat quite a bit.
I usually stay within a 10% caloric deficit and a 20% defict assuming my willpower is up to par, but my weightloss has been stalled for a few months now. I know that eating too little can make your metabolic rate decrease and make you gain weight.
Is it conceivable that I need to eat a bit more.
Additional info: I want to lose a bit more weight, but I also want to reconfigure and build muscle as well.
