How do you deal with people telling you that you’re getting too skinny?

For some back story, I used to be over 200 pounds as a young teen, and got to a healthier range (175lbs) in the middle of high school. I decided to make the recovery from bulimia once I realized I didn’t have to be skinny to have an eating disorder. I lost 30 pounds but I’m constantly being told I’m “too obsessed” that I’m “beautiful” or “you looked better when you weren’t so skinny”. It’s really getting to me. I know I’m not too skinny, I’m about 145lbs and 5’1, which is still quite overweight. I have very wide hips, and carry most of my weight in my bottom half, so I can see why they might think I weigh less than I do, but it can honestly be hurtful. I don’t see why I can’t like how I look now, but also want to lose some weight. My family is always telling me I’m not eating enough (because I usually skip their dinner and make a sandwich and some veggies instead) Is it normal to have people tell you that you don’t need to lose more weight?
