I’ve been training for 2 years now, and I’ve come to realise that all my fat goes directly to my belly, not to my arms, thighs, face. Everything to my belly. Which is very very distressing because my long term goal is to achieve a toned stomach/abs.
Im really not sure what to do because for the past 2 weeks I’ve given in and binge ate about 4,000 calories. And now my stomach is huge.
I usually would do cardio for 2 days a week, with a little strength training 1 day a week. Other than that I don’t do any exercise because of my office job and kids.
Also, does anyone feel the need to give up? Because I’ve been cutting for 7 months now and it was very hard, many times i would binge eat and i still have more fat to lose. But things are just getting hard to continue to cut.
Any advice specifically for training and how to get back on track and get motivation when your long term goal of a getting flat stomach seems hard to achieve?
