Hello loseit, I am a 21years old, now 77kg Men who is about 5’8-9 tall. About 3 years ago, I went down from 116kg to 80kg in about a year and a half. I managed to keep that weight for an other year but lately I’ve been really motivated to lose more weight to finally get the abs I’ve always dreamed about. While I was looking at old pictures of myself though, I noticed that my tummy is pretty much the same shape but smalle, I still have a pretty big flappy tummy and was wondering if it’s actually possible for me to get abs or just genetically impossible. I tried looking on the web for total body abs transformation but I couldn’t find a tummy that was shaped like mine. Here’s an drawing of what I mean, and here’s my transformation from 116 to 80kg. Now I know that the only real way of knowing is to keep going and find out myself but I’m actually starting to get worried since I’m approaching my health body weight but I still feel like my body is out of shape. Here’s a picture of myself from this morning, is it normal that at that height and weight, a weight that’s 3kg away from my healthy weight, I still have pretty big thighs, nowhere close to a flat tummy and still got manboobs? I’m very happy with my results but I had to ask those questions since I’m really wondering if all of that is normal.
