I had hypothiroid, got medicated, and half a year later my apetite is back to normal. I also changed my cooking habits to have a much leaner diet with less empty calories, no more oil when cooking, no more bread for wraps, only eating at certain times and eating slower and smaller portions.
Problem is I've been having a hard time eating enough, half of the days I end up falling way short of my daily calories, a 500 or more deficit over a 600 deficit from my estimated TDEE, so 1100 calories deficit total.
For reference I'm a little over 118 pounds, or 99 KG, and my daily goal is 1700.
Anyone can relate? I've dropped 7 kilograms in 3 weeks and a half, a lot of it water weight because I also dropped 2 or 3 pant sizes and that's definitely encouraging but also I wouldn't want to cause more harm than good either.
