I'm a 27f, 5'5". I recently lost about 10 pounds in 2 months after quitting drinking, calorie tracking and joining the gym (190 to 180.5). I'm active every day of the week, I go to the gym 3x per week for about 1.5-2h, walking 20 minutes there and back as cardio because I detest it. I've been focusing on moderate intensity strength training for the duration of my workout. On my non-gym days I typically work 5-8 hours 4 days a week in a fast paced restaurant and take transit to and from work as well. I average about 8k-15k+ steps on those days.
I feel like I'm eating a lot of calories per day, usually about 1900 to 2300. Once or twice a week I'll clock in at 1000-1600 due to being too tired from work, and notice significant negative side effects from doing so. Even eating around 2k a day for the last couple of weeks, I've noticed that I'm experiencing a lot of fatigue, mood swings that make me want to crash the fuck out on everyone around me, feeling anxious/tired/overstimulated. I figured being 2 months alcohol free was the main reason, but I've been noticing dizziness, bloating cold hands+feet, and being a lot colder than usual. Given my activity levels, I'm not sure how much I should up my calories without hindering my weight loss. I want to lose weight but I don't know if I'm active enough to be eating more. Do I just suck it up and deal with how I'm feeling?
