Is there a way to surefire adjust for the amount of gym time to an appropriate increase in cal intake? I am about 50 days into keeping myself in a calorie deficit (for the most part) and I am doing my best to macro count loosely day to day. I’m down from 349-321 in that amount of time. Which seems great. But I’m curious as I increase my exercise how to adjust my intake appropriately so as not to be under fueling.
I’m in a weird spot with it and want to make sure I’m not underfeeding myself as I increase my normal gym activity by both time and intensity. I’m bad at math, but have a pretty good record of tracking deficit and activity.
I am not a fan of apps or electronics as I very rarely have time to track, so any tips or tricks that can be written on paper or done myself is definitely preferred
Thanks - and I’m not totally sure I said all this right so if it’s confusing lemme know-
