I’m eighteen years old with PCOS. I’ve lost 10-14 kilos in about 7 weeks but now I’m stuck at 62 kilos (5’3 f, start weight of 76-72 kilos) I hate it. I want to get back to the lower end of the 50’s like 52-54 kilos.
I’m definitely in a calorie deficit. I walk and dance 1-2 hours daily and struggle to eat much due to an inability to feel hunger, thirst or fullness cues (autism/ADHD) I’ve been tracking my meals very precisely and often overestimating the calories to be safe. I usually skip breakfast because it makes me nauseous to eat in the mornings. If I could I would do OMAD but my parents don’t allow that.
At midday I eat half of a Ninja Creami Deluxe pint (350 ml) of unsweetened almond milk which comes to 60 calories. Then I typically do half an hour of dancing, sometimes an hour. If the weather is nice I’ll take a one and a half hour walk outside.
I have dinner where I usually skip the pasta and bread. My mom and her boyfriend are doing keto so I just eat some small pieces of low fat meat (sensory issues make me hate the fat) and some vegetables. After dinner I also do another half an hour of dancing if I didn’t walk earlier.
I don’t snack and refuse all high calorie treats that they try to feed me. I don’t do cheat days either. The app says I typically eat around 800 calories or less (bad, I know) so how can I break my plateau?
