Hi. Over 5 last months I lost 20 kg and now I'm in normal BMI and my cholesterol finally looks fine. But last 2 months, I lost only 3 kg and it was pretty draining. I started going through sweet days, where basically I eat everything sweet in sight, slept straight through some days and had no energy to live and therefore exercise. The point is I don't like anything healthy unless it is sweet and I used so many sweeteners which worked as in I was in a calorie deficit and I lost some weight. But I see now that's just a crutch, and I really have to get over my sweets addiction. Do you have any tips? Mostly because when I try to eat something healthy I really don't like it and therefore I eat only until I'm not so ravenously hungry. And after few days when someone puts something sweet in front of me- let's be real we all have friends, family and parties for our nieces which we can't miss I end up eating all of it. I mean yeah, losing these last 5 kg would be great, but it's not even the problem. I just want to have healthier habits, my body needs vitamins and minerals and I end up giving it lots of sugars...
