Hello, Im 21f, Im trying my best to learn how to restrict eating too much food. Usually, my sugar cravings and food cravings had been medium, but lately due to streessors of finding a job, worry of management of pcos and t2d, and lifes responsibilities make me prone to overeating and craving sugar when Im already full or have eaten. I think a week or two ago I was like 247 or so, but now Im 261, and itll grow if I dont know how to handle myself.
Right now Im very very poor, I cant afford groceries at the moment so I cant go out and buy things as Id like, I depend on if my bro has brought some groceries, or if my family has food upstairs (live downstairs with my bro). I do take like 10-15 min walks in the morning tho, so thats good.
A part of me has always wanted to slim down to where I can just slip clothes on no problem, but it seems my anxiety and stress continues to push at me everytime... I dont know what to do to have a better relationship with food.
Any advice would be appreciated, thank you very much.
