Hi! Since the new year began I have really been trying to finally stick to a weight loss journey. Started at 218lbs and down to 205lbs (21F). I’ve been on a 1200-1500 calorie deficit (been sticking to 1200 on weekdays and 1500 on weekends but honestly it’s probably not too accurate since I don’t weigh my food).
Decided to sign up for the gym as March begins and was wondering what gym workouts I should do to help my weight loss? Went to the gym today without a plan and just did some walking around the track and elliptical for 40 mins (got 13k steps today). Attempted to do some dumbbell exercises but couldn’t figure it out…
