trying to lose weight and change my lifestyle

hi! i'm not entirely sure if this is the right subreddit, but i'm trying to pick myself up after an INSANELY bad episode of depression. i wanna get healthier, especially after gaining ~30 lbs since around August maybe. i'm around 5'5" and about 190 lbs now. i wanna try to get back down to 160 or even 150 asap!

i'm not incredibly active due to constant pain in my lower back and knees, so working out hasn't been the easiest for me. if anyone has easy to do at home workouts, i'd love to know! i'm unable to get a gym membership at the moment, and also don't have any weights/gym equipment available.

i'm also aware that a calorie deficit is helpful for losing weight, however im not exactly sure what to do to healthily do that. i'm *extremely* new to this entire thing and would love all the help i can get :)
