The title says most of it. I've been fighting with BED since I can remember but some times ago I put it in line and it kept "sleeping" for some years.
But 2 years ago it came back, at the beginning I handled well bc I didn't really gain weight, uk how much a male teen in top hormone activity can burn in a day. But since I've started hormone replacement therapy (hrt) the weight gain has been considerable (weighted 45kg 2 years ago and 55kg on monday this week without growing in height).
It's true that 10kg in the span of a year isn't much (considering the BED factor) but I really can't seem to lose it.
Between december 15 and January 13 I binged THE WHOLE MONTH, but I managed to stay binge-free for a month, then, now (since thursday to the moment I'm writing this) I've been binging badly (and I'm talking 5000+ calories binges everyday). I feel so full, fatigued and nauseous most of the time so I mostly skip the gym.
My academic life is on a tight rope (literally depending on two exams the 28th and the 6th) plus other very personal things, stress is an important factor here.
Starting be concerned bc I got from being underweight to almost underweight (according to my doctor).
The other day I got some studies about body fat, muscle and bone percentage, etc (don't know the name on english) and it said 30% PERCENT BODY FAT. I was shocked, sad, demotivated, terrified even.
But yeah, that's it basically, thank you for reading.
For some context, before the weight gain I had visible abs and was on the peak of my confidence, now I feel slugish and fat.
PS: I'm 5'2 if that matters. (And sorry for my english)
