For the record I’m 23 Female. HOW. I’m trying so hard to maintain my calories, I even downloaded an app and I scan the barcode of each product. I end up being dizzy though and I have to eat more calories. But this way I can’t lose weight. If I exercise I get dizzy right away when I’m done and I have to eat. I try to eat a lot of protein and reduce carbs. I have done blood tests and everything looks fine. How am I supposed to lose weight if I’m getting dizzy in the calories that I have to eat?
For example, I eat 200gr of Greek yogurt with one tablespoon of honey for breakfast. Then I eat a protein bar. I exercise. I get dizzy. I have to eat lunch right away. Steak, chicken with broccoli, tomato salad etc. Then another low calorie snack until dinner which is again protein or salad. Also, I have to mention that I suffer from IBS.
