How to set realistic expectations?

Hello everyone!

I’m 24F 173CM SW: 91.7 kg CW: 80.6 GW: 65

I started my weigtloss journey on January 2nd this year. Almost 2 months later -11kg, I know its a fast weight loss and I dont want to assume that the rest of my journey will be done so fast.

I currently do: 1. Intermittend fasting 18h+ 2. Counting calories around 1200 (sometimes more sometimes less sometimes I only assume as I have to take work trips) 3. I drink a lot of water (2.5l+) 4. I do Zumba 2x a week, bouldering 1x week, walk on the rest days around 10k steps.

I’m upping my calories to 1500 from March as I’m very low on energy and unproductive.

I want to set realistic weight loss goals so that I dont dissapoint myself if I cant reach them, I’m thinking to divide rest 15 kg in 3 milestones 75, 70 and 65.

  1. Give myself until May 1st (2 months) to lose from 80 -> 75

  2. Give myself until August 1st (3 months) to lose from 75 -> 70

  3. Give myself until November 1st (3 months) to lose from 70 -> 65

Now I have 2 things that I think of doing and I dont know if its correct or not:

  1. I calculated TDEE for my goal weight and its 1740 kcal a day, I want to start eating around that amount (which will be still considered cutting untill I reach that weight, right)? As I want to get my body used to “forever” eating this amount of calories to maintain the weight.

  2. In my mind the weight goals are realistic as on average it would mean losing 400-500g a week whereas now I loose 1kg, what do you think?

Thanks in advance!
