I weighed 414lbs at the start of October and now down 50lbs at 364lbs. But for the last month my weight will not budge! It keeps gaining a lb and then back down a lb. I'm on 1800 calories a day. Limited in my exercise as I'm disabled but I do what I can in bed at night. I don't know if i should try cutting even more calories but I'm constantly hungry as it is. I weigh everything so know I'm not going over my calories. The calculator recommended 2300cals at my weight but if I eat more I will gain. I also have PCOS and insulin resistance. I thought it would be falling off at my size.
