Getting into weight loss again - concerned about calorie amount

Hi y'all!

I made a Reddit account just so I could interact with this community, I've been reading the posts on here and y'all seem really helpful. I would like some advice specifically about the calorie amount I'm doing right now. I've only logged calories for a few days, but I hope somebody will tell me if my target amount is too low.

This isn't my first rodeo, I'm familiar with macros and the calculators (Tdee, Bmi, etc.), in the past I've failed* due to a lack of motivation but this time I'm ready to try again.

I'm 19F, 5'9 and 160lbs. I'd like to get down to 140lbs and look more fit. I've been exercising since May of last year (at home; I have 2 6kg dumbbells which I do various exercises with as well as some body exercises) but I don't tend to sweat during my workouts (6kg definitely feels heavy to me so I suspect it's dehydration). My TDEE is about 1700-1800kcal and right now I am on a 1300kcal budget using the Lose It app. I walk around 6000-10 000 steps each weekday, the weekend varies (either less than 2000 steps or 10 000+ depending on if I'm taking a walk).

I'm a bit concerned if the 1300kcal budget is too low. I burn some calories walking everyday and I'm afraid my net calories end up being less than 1200. I want to do this sustainably.

I'll quit rambling and let y'all say what you think. I don't have any medical conditions or such (if that's relevant) and I don't feel like I'm starving throughout the day. I'm happy to start this journey again and I'm feeling hopeful. Thank you for reading!
