Food noise: How to get rid off?

I would say I think about food almost all of the time. Especially sweets. If there's chocolate in my home, I can't stop thinking about it until I've eaten it. It's only when I'm busy doing something else, like busy at work, that I don't think bout food. But otherwise I think about lunch. About snacking inbetween. About what to cook for dinner.

I'm almost 24 years old and weigh about 99kg on 168 cm. I want to lose weight, as many others in this group. But how do I stop thinking about unhealthy food that I know I shouldn't eat? Because I eat sweets every day. That makes it really hard to lose any weight. I started weight watchers for two weeks ago and so far I've been on minus points because of how expensive sweets are.

I believe that I otherwise eat quite healthy/average. But I eat tooooo much sweets.

I wish I had the ability to enjoy one or two pieces of chocolate and then feel satisfied and not feel the urge to eat the entire package.

How do you guys deal with food noise? Any advice on how to silence it? I've heard that people have had help with mounjaro and Ozempic, but I don't have that kind of money to spend on it. Any other ways except medication? Thanks in advance and good luck on everyones health journeys!
