I’m a 6’4 21yr male. My heaviest was 260lbs(first pic) and my lightest was 195(2nd pic). I originally lost the weight over a lot of years and the last 5months of it went to the gym and lost more. Everyone says 190-200lbs is a good weight for my height but I still felt like I had a lot of fat and especially that damn face fat I want to get rid of so bad. So I wanted to lose more but than everyone was calling me skinny so I freaked out and stopped altogether. It’s now been a year and I’m back to 215lbs. I’ve started again and have lost some weight already but I feel like no matter where I get to I will never lose the fat I want to. It feels impossible like it’s just how I’m meant to look forever and it’s real demotivating. Should I just keep working out and go lower like 170-180 more like? Or do you think that’s just how I look.
