Hi All, I'm hoping someone can help me understand if Ive done something wrong.
I seriously decided I wanted to lose some weight just about a month ago. So I got a calorie counting app and calculated my calorie deficit, and have been trying to stick to what it has told me. I'm counting every calorie, even in drinks. Not snacking at all. And on a 12:12 fast.
I am 5"7 and weighed in at 130kg when I started 3 weeks ago. In my first two weeks my weight dropped to 126kg so I was feeling good about myself. But this week I've increased to 127.5 and I don't feel like I've done anything different.
My app says that for my lifestyle (I don't work out yet and I work an office job from home so I've listed as sedentary for now) I can eat at max 2200 calories a day.
I want to start working out but that motivation is coming harder than just paying attention to what I eat.
Have I done something wrong? I was feeling motivated but now the number going up has upset me and I feel like it's not working now.
Thanks
