I am a compulsive over eater and am currently going through the 12 steps of OA.I have a history of trying to lose weight as fast as possible by over-restricting and over-exercising. I have a friend who has lost some weight success. When I was talking to her, she said I should try to make goals related to health instead of fast weight loss. One idea I have is going to my workout class 4x/wk. Or hitting my protein goal. Trying not to binge. What are some other examples of this? I really need to break the cycle.
