Currently trying to lose abt 30 pounds (not a new years thing, has been an ongoing process, already down 10). I've found i thoroughly enjoy eating "healthy foods", chicken and rice, tuna, beans, fruits, etc, but i've found they all have their drawbacks.
rice takes over 15 minutes to make so when i want something fast, its not an option
tuna is unhealthy in large amounts
for some reason, maybe its where i live, fruits go bad within a day or 2 of purchasing, (other than oranges, apples, and bananas which ive stuck to), and i dont have the money to dump into buying new blueberries every other day. its the same thing with lettuce for salads!
i just want to hear what you guys have used to help your cravings that dont take long, arent expensive, and/or dont spoil quickly. thanks!
