hii :3 i am a female 5’1 and weigh 200 lbs exactly. i have started a weight loss journey on january 1st and began walking 3 miles everyday with 2-3 days off due to the winter weather.. i also have been counting calories i cut my calorie intake down to 1,570 calories and have cut out sugars and carbs. i eat 3 meals a day and portion it pretty well. i don’t understand how after almost a month i haven’t lost any weight not even a pound… not even half a pound… i feel pretty discouraged right now and am wondering if there is anything i’m doing wrong… or if anyone else has situations similar to mine … thank youuuu
