Need advice, I'm worried now

Hey everyone, I've just weighed myself after about 4 years and have weighed in at 380lbs. My weight is something I've been very ignorant of over the years, despite my mothers continuous pushes, I've procrastinated my teen years away. I'm now 20M (5'7). I've dealt with a plethora of mental health problems, and have eaten most of them away. Stress eating is my guilty pleasure and being a foodie doesn't help either. Honestly it took a lot for me to weigh myself, scared of the truth, but since I believe that I'm in a better place mentally, I think its time to do something about this and get rid of this burden once and for all. Its not the first time I've tried but I'm determined to see this through. I need some advice from people who've been through this. How would you recommend a considerably broke university student doing a pretty harsh course set up his weight loss journey while balancing his mental health and limited time. I appreciate your time and any advice you'd be willing to pass on. Thanks!
