Okay so I’m still over 200 pounds right now. I keep going back and forth about not caring how I look to feel like shit when my mom even brings up my weight. I wanna someone to talk to about my weight that’s not not my mom. I love her but I feel like everything I try and talk about a plan she makes me feel worst. I want a friend or someone that we both can help each other about losing weight but also keeping us up in high spirits. I’m trying not to think very negatively about myself and I know I need to do my part if I wanna get better but I want people advice on how they actually lost weight or improve their overall health.
