I’m 17f , 5”5 and started my weight loss journey on the 22nd November of last year. Around 3 weeks ago now I bought some scales to track my progress and see my weight loss trends. However, doing so I’ve started to wonder if my scales are off or something else. For context I started my journey at 202.4 pounds ( this was when I bought the scales so I don’t know what my starting weight was when I started in November ) and have lost around 1-2 pounds a night besides some days of staying the same weight. I’m confused by this because even though I feel fine most of the time these past few days I’ve started to feel a bit dizzy and nauseous. I was expecting to lose 2lbs a week for 8 a month and am pretty suprised by this as I thought I’d have already lost the water weight during the start. As of this morning I now weigh 189.4, I also workout 3-4 times a week for 20 minutes and go on a 7500 step walk everyday, eating around 1450-1650 calories a day.
