Anyone else get to a goal weight and then want to lower it? I know I’m at a good weight for my height but I still feel like i have a pouch on my stomach I’d like to get rid of. Even though I want to lose more I’ve been maintaining for 2 months since I don’t want to fall back into the wrong mindset.
If I just keep maintaining will I eventually be Tula happy with where I’m at and what I look like or should I lose 5 more lbs and see if my stomach willygoes away? I’ve been being a lot more active & hiking to see if it helps me tone up
F25 SW220lbs CW132lbs
Original GW was 140lbs t 135lbs now my GW is 132-135 lbs range but I’ve been debating. L. C going down to 128lbs
