How to keep the roll going?

Hi all, I’m a 22 year old male, weighing now at 90-91kg and standing at 177cm. In the last month and a half of last year I managed to shave off 8-9kg when I stayed with family overseas in the countryside. I used to weigh in 98-100kg, and am doing and looking a lot better now. I have a lot of upper body strength and leg strength from military service, and some endurance in cycling. I regularly do 40km distances at a pace averaging 25-30 km/h. I’ve now flown back to city life and now I want to know how to keep my roll going to lose more belly fat, which is where I struggle.

Any dietary tips on cutting down calories? I’ve found it’s easy for me to limit meals and get out and get 10k steps done or hill hikes in the countryside, but in the urban life I find it more difficult to do so, especially as well in relinquishing meal hunger.

Also are dumbbells weight lifting sufficient for weight loss in the belly department? I also do sets of 20 pushups throughout the day to get 100 in per day, but I feel it just keeps adding to upper body development and not doing as much in the belly department. Any recommendations in that area would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for reading and for any advice given šŸ™šŸ»
