Hello 19f here . I am a full time uni student who wants to be healthier. The problem is that uni consumes all of my time and i do not have time for the gym. How do i lose weight without going to the gym. I mean i sometimes workout in my dorm when my roommates are not here lol. I try to eat veggies, fruits etc but I always end up binge eating afterwards. I walk a lot tho. Any tips are appreciated. Calorie deficit is the way but when i count calories i get triggered. I prefer home workouts. Like i said any tips are appreciated 🫶 or apps. Thank in advance.
