I’m going back to work today, and packed a lunch and snacks for first time in 2 weeks. Got my scale out, did the whole deal. It honestly looks really good to me after weeks of treats.
It’s great to get back to your usual habits. I kept up my physical activity while on break but I’m definitely feeling a bit lumpy from all the wonderful holiday fun.
My lunch and snacks for the day: 100g chicken, salad, calorie wise bbq sauce, baby carrots, raspberries, apple, and a Greek yogurt. Calories: 456.
