Confused at Apple Watch data on lose it app..

So I totalled 1845 calories from food yesterday which is 341 over my goal of 1495. Lose it app has -5 calories for excercise so it says I’m 341 over my goal for the day.

However my Apple Watch which is linked to lose it app has said I burnt a total of 2341 calories yesterday. Surely it should say I have 900 odd calories spare rather than 341 over my goal? I didn’t work out yesterday as I was painting my bathroom which was a workout in itself šŸ˜‚

Quite confused as to how this app works, my weight loss has been annoyingly slow (this day was one slip up) I’ve kept to my calorie target of 1495 most days and my tdee is roughly 1800. Calories burned by Apple Watch is at least 2200 a day. I don’t feel like this Apple Watch is accurate at all
