Good evening, I am a 44 yo man, 168cm tall and am now weighing 94kg. My weight has been gradually increasing and I'd like to keep it in check, and ideally get back to 80kg.
From the group wisdom, what steps can I take to begin the journey, and keep at it. Problem I've had in past is not sticking to anything long enough to maintain a result. I also live in a tropical zone, currently summer. This makes it chall ngong for any activity as the heat is over bearing. Any advice, suggestions are welcome.
