What comparisons do you wish you had made at the start of your weight loss journey to compare to at your goal weight?
Meaning, the obvious before and after pictures, but is there anything else you wish you had done at the beginning? Such as try on your clothes at the beginning of your journey and again at your goal?
Just want to make sure I don’t regret comparing things once I lose weight. I’m planning on taking pictures of my hands cuz I know that changes. I had a friend that couldn’t fit in a bath tub and now could do she made a comparison.
I’d like to hear from the people that has been on a weightloss journey for some time as you would notice the changes in your body the most.
Any suggestions? Anything you wish you had done but forgot?
