I 20f have tried to lose weight for a couple of years with it all ending poorly. At my most I weighed 78kg strangely I had lost around 10kg, and I say that since I wasn’t actively trying to.
I am now at around 67/68kg hoping to reach a weight of 56. For the last month I’ve put an increased effort of working out (home workouts consisting of cardio, resistance bands and weights) for at least an hour 5 days a week and changing my diet. At the end of the month I had weighed myself and was at the same weight that I was prior to starting.
I feel so discouraged and upset since I’ve weighed myself and have sort of given up. My goal is to lose this weight by July. I’m currently on break and was hoping to lose weight before going back to college as it’s my last year and will be very busy.
Please offer me any advice.
