Just feeling stuck

I need to complain, mostly because I don't know how to solve it. I started my journal at 106.9kg, and I'm now down to ~86-87kg (depends on the day). I have purely done this by avoiding manufactured foods - that's it, and that alone allows me to be in a calorie deficit, night daily. I eat somewhere between 1500-1800 calories daily, frequently ~1200, and occasionally 2200. I also walk 10km daily, two or three times a week, and shoot hoops twice weekly. But.. I'm stuck, and I don't get it.

Nothing's changed. Nothing at all. Yet, here I am, gaining and losing the same 2-3kg over and over again for roughly the last 3 months, rising to 89kg, and coming back down to ~86kg. I just don't get it. I don't drink more, I don't eat more, I don't work out more. I just, fundamentally don't understand. Has anyone else hit a similar plateau? Did it drive you nuts? What did you do?
