I don't know why I have this pattern of losing and gaining weight... do you guys recommend a book or some sort of solution to figure out what's wrong with me?

The pattern usually goes something like this:

  1. Figure out some type of nutritional dynamic (sugar, keto, OMAD...etc)
  2. Stick to it religiously for weeks, 2-3 weeks, sometimes even 4
  3. Feel fantastic, energetic, wanting to lose more, everything would fall in place
  4. Somehow feel relaxed more than ever, become less strict about the dietary requirement, let a few foods slip in, and boom, I start gaining weight rapidly and I'm back where I started

And I just can't seem to get lower than 90kg. It feels like I'm stuck. I know I probably have a food addiction problem since this is not natural. I feel like the low sugar diet worked best for me as it's been the one I stuck with the most (the one I started at the end of November). But as you can see, it's started already, and if you look at my data throughout 2024, it is practically the exact same dynamic, and what's really depressing about it, it's not even gaining like 1kg or so, it's shooting all the way back up.

It even happened in the beginning of November, somehow I managed to make it stop and took the weight down, but now it's happening again, and I feel not so much in control.

Please help.
