Hello reddit community!
So I, F19, have been on quite a journey over the past year. I used to be 5'5" 200+ lbs as of last year. (I'm not sure how much I weigh now as I haven't checked, but it's enough for me to move down a couple pants sizes and most of my old clothes are way big on me now.) If I had to guess, I'd say I weigh around 170 lbs. (I consider myself to have an athletics build as of current.) I work 10 hours manual labor shifts 4 days a week, and according to step tracking, walk roughly 50 miles a week doing this job. As well as lifting/moving/stocking 1,500-3,000 lbs of product a night. (I stock the canned goods, rice, sugar, ECT. Basically a lot of squatting and lifting heavy items)
My main issue is that I have a LOT of loose skin now. I've grown a significantly more muscular build, but it's hard to see any definition on my arms or legs since I have skin that sags off my upper arms and on my thighs and lower tummy. As well as my breasts now resembling deflated balloons.
Are there any options other than a skin removal surgery to help reduce the amount of leftover saggy skin? Like, does it ever... Go back???? I'm comfortable with my health and general appearance now, but I really dislike the hanging skin. Any advice appreciated!
