I want to support the people in my family that want to lose weight. I am the main person cooking dinner at home and struggle to come up with healthy low cal recipes.
What do you like to eat for dinner that helps you in your journey and satiates you or helps with cravings and not snack so much?
Additionally if you know some recipes that can easily be adjusted to also fit someone who wants to gain weight, i would really appreciate that input. Atm in out household some want to lose weight and some want to gain 😅
