TW: for eating disorders and whatnot
I've (22 M, 5' 11") recently at least partially recovered from a long stretch of disordered eating and would honestly like to start losing weight in a healthy manner once again. I'm starting w less than a thousand calories a day, but I'm sorta worried this is playing into my ED once again and causing me to be really low energy. That being said I'm really worried to eat anything more than that-- I'm not sure how to scientifically justify it but I feel as though I'll gain a ton of weight again and it'll all be for nothing. I'd love some advice though as far as to how exactly to approach this-- thank you in advance!
