I'm 28M, 176 cm, 79.5 kgs. I am starting to play sports now and I am so frustrated looking at my lack of speed and agility. I want to be able to move fast, and the fastest way would be to lose the fat. I'm currently 36 inches at my waist. I want to reduce to at least 34 inches before the end of the year.
What's the best way I can do this? I am currently tracking my cals (just started today, around 200-300 cals on avg per day so far, deficit from my BMR of around 2000 kcal). Playing sports/hitting gym would burn more cals. I take whey and creatine too.
Is there anything specific I can do to lose that fat? I just want to be able to move fast and agile. I feel so goddamn old (and losing hair doesn't help with that feeling) and I want to change that!
