I'm having a hard time accurately estimating what category to put myself in when it comes to using calculators and such that tell you approximately how many calories to eat to lose weight. I think I am pretty active buy I need an outside POV.

I use public transportation to get everywhere, and I average 10k to 15k steps daily from just that

I work 35 to 45 hours a week, and am standing/ walking for 6 to 10 hours a day (I work in fast food)

I work out 3 to 4 times a week. I alternate between doing cardio days (60 min on stairmaster and 30 min on treadmill) and using various upper body machines. I'll usually work out for 1 to 2 hours
I don't have my phone on me when I'm at work or at the gym, so I probably get way more than 10k to 15k steps a day.
