Every month, it’s the same struggle, I am doing well with my healthy eating routine but right before my period the cravings hit hard. Chocolate, chips, anything sweet or salty, looks like I want it all and it’s been so hard to stay on track. I’m doing a no carbs challenge and trying to stick to a calorie deficit, but these cravings make me feel like I’m undoing all my progress.
For calorie counting and meal choices I'v been using this app nocarbschallenge, and it’s helped me a lot so far with meal plans and keeping me on track, but I still feel like I need advice on managing cravings during my period. How do I satisfy those intense cravings without ruining my calorie goals or falling off the no carbs plan?
If anyone has tips or strategies that have worked, i would love to hear them. I’m determined to keep going, but this part always feels like my biggest challenge and I need to work on that
