I think my workout schedule is healthy, but I’m experiencing sleep issues lately and wondering if this has anything to do with over training? If this is, how can I improve? I also walk to and from work (30 mins each way about 3/4 times a week). A typical workout week is similar to the below:
Monday: 50-minute spin class Tuesday: Gym (1 hour, upper body weights + some cardio moves) Wednesday: Rest Thursday: Gym (1 hour, legs) Friday: Run (7-8km) Saturday: 50-minute spin class Sunday: Rest
I have been noticing insomnia about once a week for the best month. If anyone has any advice for me, please let me know. Thanks so much.
