29m starting weight 320 currently at 305. I started working out and dieting a few weeks ago and I'm wanting to learn more about what I'm doing and should be doing. I've been intermittent fasting 16/8. Doing 20 minutes of cardio 5+ days a week and some light strength exercises each day. Goal is to drop to 200 or so and work on getting fit and building muscle.
Anyway I'm wondering if there's any good YouTube series or podcasts out there that I can follow starting from the basics and getting more advanced as it goes. Right now I'm just sort of winging it.
