For the past couple of months, I’ve been trying really hard to get that sort of “toned” stomach. I’m already relatively thin, with a BMI closer to the lower end of the “healthy” category. Despite have a low-ish weight and being relatively slim, I still can’t manage to get that toned stomach look. I’ve stuck to a clean diet, prioritizing protein, and making sure I’ve got in all my healthy fats, fibre & other important nutrients. I’ve tried calorie deficits. I’ve tried getting at least 90g of protein in everyday. I do pilate exercises every single day, focusing mainly on my abs (minimum of 10m everyday, usually getting in about 20-30m of medium-high intensity). Going to the gym isn’t an option for me currently and it’s hard to get extra steps in considering how busy studying I’ve been. It seems as if all my constant dieting and daily routines have done nearly nothing in terms of getting that “slim and toned” look and I feel stuck. Any advice?
