Sudden exhaustion at the gym

36F, 171 cm, SW 153 kg / CW 116 kg (5'7", SW 337 lbs / CW 255 lbs)

Background: I've been eating a healthy and balanced diet, and going to the gym 4-5 times per week, since April this year. For the first months I was using only the machines at the gym. Last month I started seeing a physiotherapist to get a gym routine tailored to my wants (strong, functional body, wanting to learn compound exercises). She's told me to up the weights I use to so much that I can manage 10-12 reps. Two lower body and two upper body days per week. The possible fifth day is just for me to mess around with favourite exercises that weren't included in the routines.

I've been following the new program (which is pretty brutal for me ngl, but I enjoy it!) for maybe a couple weeks now. I notice that I'm going strong and enjoying it and all that for the first 45 minutes, but then I start suddenly yawning, I get cold (??), and my focus is broken. I do finish the exercises, but it's a struggle. I'm also not sweating nearly as much as I used to, if that's relevant. I used to be soaking from head to toe basically, but now the amount seems very "reasonable".

Has anyone experienced anything similar? Is it something I should worry about, or do I just push through? Maybe it will pass?
