Lost from 140kg to 84kg in 14 months bulked up to 97kg, now looking to go back down to 90kg.

So about a year and a half ago me 22/M at 5'7 140kg, hadn't never gone to gym, didnt go for walks or anything.

Then I started to calorie count and walking alot, lost like 20 kg, then started mountain biking on top of that. After 9 months of calorie deficit and mtb, I had lost 40kg I was down to 100kg. Then I started to hit the gym and kept eating in a calorie deficit, went down to 84 kg in 5 months. After losing 56kg in 14 months I was so incredibly hungry, like the hunger was insane bananas tasted like candy to me, I was thinking about food all the time.

So after that I found out about something called a diet reset which allows you to eat whatever you want whenever you want, as I was doing that I gained 6kg in couple of weeks, this obviously was alot of water weight but I kept doing that, I did eat a high protein diet, and did strength training increasing all my lifts significantly during this time. Now after 5 months of doing this diet reset, bulking and training I am up to 97kg and so full that when I see food I almost feel nauseous. I still have to eat 4 high protein meals a day to keep my muscle and strength, but I am honestly very excited to start a cut again, I cant wait to feel hungry, its been a while since that has actually happened.

I dont really know what the point of this post was other than sharing my story, so if you were looking for some insight here, I am sorry to dissapoint.
