Hello, I'm new to the sub and I want to start once and for all my weight loss journey!
For context, I am a insulin resistant woman with PCOS, and I've been Type 2 Obese since 2020.
I've been to a diabetologist that suggested that I might have binge eating disorder, but didn't want to say for sure, since I didn't fell completely into diagnosis criteria.
I wanted to start a diet plan and maybe start exercising from home. I've been to gyms before and although i loved to go, it only lasted for a while before I started to make excuses, like "oh, but it takes too much time, I hate the commute to the gym" and things like that. So far my only equipment is a single 2 kilos dumbbell and a yoga mat.
I wanted some imput from the community on how to start and stick to it, and maybe receive some advice from people with similar struggles. Thanks in advance!
