i luv 75 soft

Stats: 26F, HW/SW: 270lbs, CW: 259 lbs, 5'4 & 3/4

I started 75 soft on 08/19/2024 and have been consistent ever since then. I track my progress on an excel sheet that I found on the 75 hard thread. I don't count calories and rely on intuitive eating, increased protein, and increased vegetable intake for my diet. I try to eat the same things every day but allow myself to eat out like once a week. An added thing for personal reasons was to cut out alcohol and w33d entirely bc I thought if I was gonna be healthy... I was gonna be HEALTHY. I also always have a sweet treat at the end of the night so I bought a bag of mini, bite-sized, hershey bars and I eat like 2 every day to satisfy the sweet treat moment after dinner but not going too overboard (HOWEVER, i will allow myself to eat a full dessert if I really want it, period.)

Since I'm a beginner and didn't want to hurt myself, I do cardio exercises at home with Grow with Jo. I work out 45 mins/day, every day. Its been about 4 weeks and I'm down like 10 ish lbs and I feel great! I decided to do this challenge just to instill these healthy habits after the 75 days. I have a goal of losing 100 lbs, loosely within 2 years (would be great if it was within a year, but giving myself some time and grace).

This experience has been incredibly positive and I'm glad to be sharing these experiences with ya'll since we're on similar journeys. I am inspired by everyones post and hope someone reading this will find some motivation or inspo to start their own 75 soft journey! :)
