How to push past the urgency of eating?

I am 19, 61 kg and 5'2. I can't stop eating. I have something healthy and delicious like cucumber salad and then by the evening I decide to eat something sweet and then a cheese toast if I've already broken my diet. I am mouth Hungry more than actually hungry but I get thus urge to eat. And it'll be so URGENT. Like I stop being rational and thinking about my goals or anything. I just eat a lot and it feels like I become blind to anything just to eat. How do I make it less urgent?

If I know I'll have a chance to eat something nice at a resfetaunt, I become even more willing to break the diet. What do I do?
